Wrong AP cost for Trade Secret Elf Bow

    This is difference in the German and English rules, with the 2nd printing as reference in both cases. The costs also differed for Adv. Geometry. Elf Bow costs 3 AP in DSA but 8 AP in TDE. Adv. Geometry costs 1 AP in DSA and 2 AP in TDE.

    I changed the cost in the English rules files.
