Add descriptions for select options

Disadvantages like personality flaws also have some description texts. It would be great if those descriptions texts could be shown the same way as you can see the infos about magical traditions for example, with internal links.

Those descriptions need to be added to the different advantages, disadvantages and so on!

Same goes for the primary and secondary patrons

Since commit dc758fa variants can now have a “description” attribute in the JSON files. Variants with description are now listed in the rules browser. This does so far only work for the following types of variants:

These are for example used for the disadvantage negative trait.

So, die descriptions schauen schon cool aus soweit.

auch die Anpassung der Select-Felder ist angepasst (und auch die Vorgaben aus Professionen und co sind aktualisiert)

bei Sprachen und Schrift fehlt die description noch
