Add description for "Sprachspezialisierung" from Aventurischer Almanach

To have a better understanding of the selected Sprachspezialisierung we should add the description from the Aventurischer Almanach

Resolved in commit 7a16845

The lists of dialects in the languages.json can now be more than just a list of strings/names. The elemnts in the list can be objects with the properties name, description and id. The dialect Alberned in the German rules is already changed to that format.
