I wouldn’t call this a responsive interface. This is a scaling option for the interface or simply the ability to set a font size.

I just took a look at this under Windows and it seems to me that the base font size in TDA results in a smaller font than for example the standard font in the file explorer.

I increased the font size by one point on Windows for now. macOS looked fine on my MacBook Pro. Linux I haven’t tested yet.

I think in the future a option in the Settings dialog to change font size would be useful.
