Make some Professions unselectable

Some professions, like “Ritter der streitenden Königreiche“ have variant but should not be selectable by themselves. This feature needs to be added.

new parameter: "selectable": false

    Resolved in commit 845e64b

    The JSON-Format for Professions now supports a "selectable" attribute. The default, when not set, is true. So it only needs to be set in case of "selectable": false.
