Aspektkenntnis "allgmein" needs to be enabled

For the upgrade of chants/zeremonies with the aspect “allgemein“ the user needs to be able to learn an aspect knowledge. Currently the user can only learn “allgemein (Schamanenritus)“ which also applies to Chants/Zeremonies “allgemein“. This should be properly configured.
