regelwerk.en.ts need to be reviewed along with other TS files

The entries in regelwerk.en.ts have to be review, check for correctness and all the entries int he file have to be set to done.

There are also some entries in other ts.en files that are not translated yet.

This has to be done before the next release.

The files have all been checked several times.

Future changes to the JSON files will require to update the TS files, but for now this ticket is resolved.
