Max AP limits from (dis-)advantages for magical and karma not working probperly

When the advantage Zauberer is selected, you get an extra text that shows 0/50 ap spent on magical advantages/disadvantages.

1.) this should be adjusted when a tradition like “Intuitiver Magier“ is selcted to 0/25AP

When the advantage Geweihter is selected, no extra text shows up that allows you to take karma (dis-)advantages up to 50 ap

2.) this text should be shown, when Geweihter is selected

These were mainly issues with the JSON files, but fixing these I also came across some errors in the C++ code.

The issues are resolved now.
