Bad Habit Duzer is not possible in English

The bad habit Duzer is not possible in English as English does not know a formal and informal address.

There must be a way to hide the variant in the English rules.

    Moved the problem with different variants that have the same translations in English to Issue #239.

    For now the variant is removed in the English translation by setting the name to a empty string. The change for this is in commit cc93f41. This solves the problem as long as you can not change the translation of a existing hero from German to English. I’m moving this to version 15.
