Dynamically reload lists when new rulebook is selected

When a new character is created in TDA for the spab Berufsgeheimnis a list of tradesecrets is generated just from the selcted rulebooks (core rules only).

When you add new rulebooks the list of trade secrets is not updated.

You have to save the char and reopen it again (probably also restart tda). After that you have all tradesecrets available.

It would be nice the the list of tradesecrets and probably other lists like this are updated when further rulebooks are selected or deselected.
