make standardamount for equipments part of main object

the standardamount is usually set to 1 for each equipment that is set in the json files.

It would be much better to enable putting this line outside of the data block into that json file so that every object gets it if it is not explicitly declared for the object.

Or it could be 1 assumed if it is not declared for an equipment.

It is already the case that a standardamount of 1 is assumed if the property is not set.

ok I see, but this means I can just remove '“standardamount”: 1' for all equipments
