enhance filters for specialabilities

currently all specialabilities can be filtered by the combat techniques

1. add also further combattechniquegroups, like “all“, “rangedweapons“ & “closecombatweapons“ and filter only
2. for chant- & spellstyles and the filter should be a list of traditions to filter out those spabs, that do not have this prerequisite
