If you have a lot of characters in tda (15+) it takes around 30-60 seconds for the program to start. This is prabably cause by the translations…

This should be improved!

I made a small change to improve the loading time for now. One Problem is that after loading the German language rules the German language translations was applied to the already German texts. This is of course now neccessary. This does now no longer happen.

I made a follow up issue to improve the situation even more: ~~#302~~

Im resolving this issue now.
