wrong language of infotext parameters for equipments

the infotexts for equipments are not shown completely correct. The name parameters are English although the Hero uses the German language.

I hope this is fixed in commit 4115681 I can't be sure that I found all the English texts in the German translations files.

“Effect” is still wrong for me. There should be “Wirkung“

This should be fixed now. This had to do with the German TS files and they are gone now.
