Equipmentsubgroups

In some rulebooks we have some local food and other equipments and prices

For this we would create a equipmentsubgroup e.g “Wirtshaus zum Schwarzen Keiler“ (Aventurischer Almanach S. 115)

1. We could also handle equipmentgroups like targetcategories and say we have just equipmentgroups, but some of them have the parent attribute
2. equipmentsubgroups/child-equipmentgroups need to be displayed & selectable in the equipment search
