English l10n: core rules

The following TS files from the core rules still need translations. Mostly the page numbers from for the English PDF have to be verified.

chants.en_US.ts
meleeweapons.en_US.ts
rangedweapons.en_US.ts
spells.en_US.ts

Some of the files need page numbers for other rule books, like weapons from the core rules that are also in the armory need the page numbers from the armory.
