Names of rule elements and variants need improvement

Currently there is a specific problem with the special ability Gebieter des Aspekts. The name TDA generates for the special abilitiy and its variants are weird. Instad of something like “Gebieterin der Ordnung” TDA creates “Gebieter/in der/des Praios (Ordnung)”,

I think in general every rule element should be able to take the gender of the character into account when generating the name. In case of the variant there must be a way to overwrite the default name that is based on the aspect.
