crash when item filter string is removed

Steps to reproduce:

• Open existing character
• Equipment
• Add
• type “Elfen“ or “Pelz“ into the search bar
• mark the searched word and delete all letters at once

The program hangs for some time but finally crashes

I assume it’s some performance issue. Maybe when we rework the item system this will be fixed…

In general there are some issues with the item-system. We decided to do some intermediate fix, by changing the item list to the same list used for the other items (specialabilities, advantages, …)
