different AP values depending on complexity of the chimaera

1. do we need to create 3 different spab with 5,10 & 15 AP or should we make is with levels 1-3 each cost 5 ap???
2. we need a prerequisite, that we can set a spell enhancement as prerequisite for this spab
3. we also need to select spell enhancements for professions
