Species cost calculation

when a species is unselected automatic advantages and required advantages get added again and the cost modifier still remains.

steps to reproduce:

• select species: forestelf
• remove all (dis-)advantages
• unselect species

all advantages are there again

• remove all (dis-)advantages

AP amount is displayed wrong: “1112 from 1100 AP available”
