Improve base values widget

Bernhard Jung repo owner created an issue

for example AE should show the maximum value and a error icon if the value is too high.

    This is from issue 127:

    It would be nice to have a dedicated field at the attribute window to increase LE, AE & KE.

    With this players could see how many they have already bought and it could be added to the displayed formula of their max LE, AE & KE.

    This field could be greyed out by default with the start value 0 but could be enabled with a dedicated house rule.

    The base values form is now improved.

    I simply added 3 additonal labels that show the max, the bought points and the lost points.
