equipment entries for cut gems

Bernhard Jung repo owner created an issue

It would be nice to have a additional entry for every gemstone in the equipment list. The basic cost given there is for a uncut stone. The addional entry should be for a cut stone and have acost range of twice to five times the cost of a uncut stone.

This is just an enchancement and does not have to done before the next release.
