Property Focus should be changed to Enchantment with property as variant.

There should only be one element property focus that has the different properies as variants.

This would automatically make sure that the new property focus is available when a new spell property is added.

This is now implemented.

The function that loads a hero converts on of the old property focuses to the new one with the variant.
