One handed combat does not modify AT and PA values

Bernhard Jung repo owner created an issue

This was not tested but reported in a e-mail on 10 March. One Handed combat does not modify the AT, PA and TP.

    The hero sheet did not show the modifications. I added this now to the hero sheet too. The value will be the same as shown in the app, i. e. the shown values are influenced depending on if the weapon is checked as equipped.
