No Flying Balm/Familiar makes the Traditon Witch 10 AP cheaper

Does both make the Tradition 20 AP cheapers.

Would it be enough the change the cost of both by -10 AP?

    I added a special rules that can change the cost of other elements and added it to the definition of No Flying Blam and No Familiar in the JSON files.
