Culture does not add Area Knowledge

Bernhard Jung repo owner created an issue

Currently selecting a culture does not automatically add the free special ability area knowledge. The user has to manually add the area knowledge. The first area knowledge a hero gets already cost 0 AP as it is assumed it is the AK from the culture.
