RFC 7159 but it has been obsoleted by RFC 8259

Hi Nat, Mike, John,

I noticed that you reference RFC 7159 but it has been obsoleted by RFC 8259. Any reason for not updating the reference?

I was also wondering why the IANA media types are a normative reference. Wouldn’t an informative reference also be OK given that the JWT and the OAuth parameter IANA references are in the informative section.
