New feature of project description appearing for 5 seconds does not appear to work in IE10

This should now work in IE10 as well

I just tested in IE10 on our VM, and it's working a-ok..

Steps to do it are:

• Go to Add Time
• in the project box, put in "15614" until the drop down list appears
• select the first one (15614 - Eaton MK105 Lower - Documentation (CAT1))
• click outside of the project box so it loses focus, and the popover should appear.

If it still doesn't work, check which IE version you are running (cog on the right -> About Internet Explorer).

If it's IE10, then..

• Hit F12 to open the Developer Menu
• Refresh the page and try the steps above again
• Copy all output from the console into here

Strange it does not work here - I wondered if it could be a pop-up blocker, but your info button works?

I attached a PNG file displaying the IE10 version, but I can't see it ... IE version is 10.0.9200.17089
