Can you please prevent 'Manager' from creating projects and deactivating projects - Only Admin should do this.

.... and title them as 'Project Manager' and not 'Department Manager' as it appears in some places.

I can't remember exactly what I changed about the Admin / Manager roles, but they were meant to be "Department Managers", only being able to view / update their dept and users within their dept, but I'll expand their roles to do all that management, but lock out projects.

Just lock out ability to create or deactivate projects ;-)

Updated Manager user role to be able to view everything, but only add / update / delete users (Project and Departments can only be tinkered with by Admins)
