Can you please add detail of which video ad service causing this problem?

I am very happy that you mentioned about the video service. My bad, although I am one of the developers I am not aware how to distinct two video service from each other:) But what I realize recently is that, sometimes headstar is activated after watching the video. So, I believe, after your comment, one of the video services is not activating headstart after watching the video.

You can see which service is used when the Ad finished as i have mentioned before :) There usually shows the company name. I am sure about UnityAds. AdColony should be showing it somewhere.

This was caused if user was not eligible to buy a headstart.
