Seamed Textures of Planets

Planet textures have seams. This can be the first issue that should be solved after the game is perfectly stabilized. It gives the impression that we have an artist who does not know how to create seamless textures :)

    This has been like that since the beginning of time :)

    Apart from that, I agree :) We need to find a way to use our atlases without having those seams. The issue probably happens due to our UV mapping, our UV mapping does not use spherical projection (is this how it is called :))? So our textures are mapped as if the mesh is a plane.

    Another option would be; Loading each Planet to Maya. Loading our generated UV map. Mapping each planet properly on Maya. Exporting each planet/meteor etc. Re-importing them to Unity.

    Most probable solution seems to be above workflow. Switching to you as assigned :)
