Stucked Tail Problem

We may face some interesting problems for long sessions:

One of them is here, but I could not replicate it:

• Using SteamPunk Comet
• Using Alien Tail
• I got rage
• I died while on rage
• When I restarted I have rage tail and normal tail!
• I went to customization panel and alien rage tail was stuck to my back in every tail. For instance: When I select normal tail, I have alien rage tail and normal tail.
