Ids for registering the blocks/items

Currently the mod uses "name" as the en language for the block and process it to make an id for the registered block or item.

I will keep the name thing, but will add an id propertie, so people can register multiple items or blocks with the same name.

Added propertie "id" for blocks and items. If no "id" is passed the mod will try to use "name" for identification
