Crash when breaking Railcraft metal platforms

I was trying to replace some metal platforms today. The first two times I got an internal server error and was booted off the server. The third attempt crashed the server: http://pastebin.com/rCyTmDnJ

No items dropped during these attempts, but I was able to replace the platforms with a wand of equal trade.

Am I to assume that you modified the drop for it?

If so, may I see the setup you did for it so I can reproduce it?

I did not modify the drops. The configs I am using are below:

I see, odd. When I tested Railcraft with CustomItems I had no problem removing the metal platforms. Clearly it is stated in the error log file that you provided that CustomItems was handling the event but I don't understand why. I am not a coder nor do I understand completely. Hopefully when Otho looks at the log and the configurations you provide and will be able understand more on whats going on. Sorry it couldn't help much.
