Burnable blocks

It is impossible to set fire on any block made by CI. Would be nice to have an option to set CI blocks on fire.

    Adding two new properties to 1.0.10

    "flammability": 0 - 300, A number ranging from 0 to 300 relating used to determine if the block will be consumed by fire "fireEncouragement": 0 - ?, A number that is used to determine the speed of fire growth around the block
