Light by Helios City/Route 6

I'm not sure if this was a bug/glitch, or its actually a part of the game, but I found a light similar to the teleport lights from Hekate town. I tried walking through it a few times, but nothing happened. It does not disrupt the game, but I couldn't find anything about it in the Wiki.
