Surfing Sprite isn't shown correctly

When i am surfing the instant lapras isn't shown, instead of it i the trainer sprite is hovering over the water

i put on my clothes and it's gone, strangly my default clothes weren't equiped

I'm having this issue except I'm completely naked with no hair as well. I have black hair since brown was bugged for me but still default clothes. I'm on version 1.1.8.2.
