Make the currently selected pokemon in the team menu more prominent

Its somewhat hard to spot which Pokemon is currently selected, especially when you're not close to the screen.

It would nice to have a more distinguished color for the currently selected Pokemon, perhaps even with a separate slot for the one that is currently first in the team (like its done in R/S/E and FR/LG).

Thanks, I didn't know that there are different themes available (even if community made), I'll definitely check it out :)
