Stuck in the wall while trying to go into the secret base

Im in the pokecenter near the second gym. I walked into the secret base and now im inside the wall in the pokecenter. I can switch pokemon and talk to them but going online says my internet does not work, the tablet doesnt work. I tried "P" but it all it did was move my pokemon inside me.
