close combat replaced with focus blast bug.

I decided to teach my Lucario Focus Blast in place of Close Combat. Both have the same pp amount of 5. I had used Close Combat a couple of times already. I taught Lucario Focus Blast and noticed in battle that it didn't have full pp like I expected it to.
