Nature Power is still using Gen V Mechanics

Hello, Nature Power is currently using Seed Bomb/EQ/Rock Slide in grassy/sand/cave areas, as well as the other default moves from Gen V. Not sure if this is intended, would appreciate updating to Gen VI's moveset (all special moves, Energy Ball/Earth Power/Power Gem.)
