server:user is not online

when i run two games to obtain all starter with online trade i have created two users (two games with two different characters id)and i log in with these characters at same time.i click trade and write the other user name with 1st game(with two users log in) and click enter and the screen become black.ok. i take the second game with second character and user.i click trade and write the name of first user to accept trade request but the game tell me that the first user is not online. sorry for my english and thanks for help me
