STARTING GAME : BLACK SCREEN

Hello , i have a problem ! when i tri to launch the "Game.exe" it remains black and nothing happens... i know this issue has been posted already , and i did try everything to fix this by myself( read the faq , re-downloading the game, downloading older patch ) yet it does not work , pls guys if you can help me to fix this freaking bug i-d be very grateful , i want to play this game sooo bad >_<
