Vipik dump, I'm stuck in a rock/littered area I glitched into In the bottom right corner

I managed to accidently glitch behind some rocks in the bottom right corner and then my game auto saved. Now I'm stuck here or have to replay the first 6 hours or so. Is there any way to get out of this easily or does anyone know how to download a walk through walls cheat so I can escape ( bear in mind I'm not particularly good with computers ).
