The game cheated me!

Im battling the first gym leader and im a doing a nuzlocke. They knock out 3 of my 5 pokemon, I was going to win, they send out their last pokemon and the game crashes. I saved the game when it asked for to save it, I started up the game again and the battle restarted. The gym leader had ALL of his pokemon fully healed, while my team was as it was before, three dead and two half dead.
