Permanent rain after leaving thundurs

I saved in front of thundurus, tried to capture it a few times and failed, so reset the game and decided to leave. But when I quit the safari zone from the start menu, the rain from the safari zone continued to fall in the safari zone exit building, and then everywhere else too, even in the pokemon centre and my friend safari. It stopped when I used the pikataxi, however.
