Game crashes fighting Burglar Snagem

So I was fighting Burglar Snagem with my delta luxray and I used iron tail against his weaville. The weaville hung on using focus sash and then got poisoned by poison touch. The game immediately shut down at that point. I have a feeling this error is occurring because the pokemon "survived" but didn't survive but I'm not the dev ;) Thanks if you can help patch this up.
