Charge raises Sp. Defense instead of Sp. Attack

I was fighting agaisnt a Klink during a trainer battle with my Shaymin.

Klink used Charge 3 times, each raising its Sp. Def by one stage. I believe this is wrong and that it should raise the Sp. Attack

It's not a bug , you can look it up on Google

That's not an bug, charge did never boost the sp.attack like the man up here says. Look it's effect on generation v (Black and White): "Charge's increase in Special Defense by one stage now lasts as a regular stat boost".

ps: Also, how did you get Shaymin? Randomizer? 0-0.
