Shiny Delta Scizor and Shiny Delta Scyther Sprite errors

• Neither Shiny Delta Scyther nor Shiny Delta Scizor sparkle upon entering battle
• Neither Pokemon have follow sprites
• Delta Scizor has a white spot in it's sprite, along with a white bar on the right of the pokemon's sprite
