HELP! Black Screen on start up

Hey, whenever i try to start up the game it instantly turns to a black screen and nothing happens, the game has been running fine a few days ago and i've been playing alot, i also tried reinstalling it with the new patch 1.1.17, and i made sure everything was extracted right. I tried turning of DEP but it changed nothing, and since the game was working fine a few days ago it's no wonder.. Please, what can i do? This is so frustrating.
